Excited to share our latest white paper in MLT’s Perspectives series: Voices from the Front Lines on Career Choice and Development of Underrepresented Minorities. In this latest paper, we set out to describe and document how professional networks have influenced the career choice and development of MLT’s Rising Leaders. We took a qualitative approach, conducting in-depth interviews with alumni who work in varied corporate sectors.
The interviews with Rising Leaders revealed how contacts, connections, and friendships contribute to career self-confidence, sense of belonging, aspirations, and motivations. Read the full report below.
