MLT Ascend Impact Report

MLT Ascend is an innovative coaching program for low-income and first-generation students seeking support in navigating the critical college-to-career pathway. First launched in 2014 as part of the Citi Foundation’s Pathways to Progress initiative, Ascend has helped more than 700 students bridge the college completion gap and launch careers for upward economic mobility.
