The SELF Cohort IV application is now open. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until April 30, 2024. Please learn more about the Fellowship via this website and brochure before applying or scheduling your consultation session.
Application Requirements
- Schedule a 1:1 Consultation. Learn more about the Fellowship and share your interest in a 30-min session with Shanna Kennedy, SELF Director. Please schedule at your convenience and before the application deadline.
- Submit your Application. The application should take about 10 minutes to complete. There are no essays, recommendations, or extensive questions.
