Eligibility

  • Have an average of 10-15 years of experience and/or hold responsibility for a significant portion of the business (can be a manager or individual contributor) 
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to advance into senior leadership roles
  • Be willing and able to meet all required time commitments as outlined in the Calendar Overview

Next Foundations for Advancement Cohort (Oct 21st – Nov 25th) | Application Deadline (September 26th)

 

Create your leadership profile & complete onboarding Assessment (individual).

Participants will receive a Welcome Packet with onboardings tasks to be completed prior to the Kick-off Call. They will also receive an invitation to complete the Hogan Assessment.

FFA Kick Off Call (3-hour session)

Participants will receive an in-depth overview of the program, as well as meet the CAP team, their cohort and their assigned Executive Coach.

“Know Yourself, Grow Yourself”: Leveraging Hogan for Personal and Professional Impact (2-hour session)

Participants will explore their Hogan results through guided group interpretation exercises, offering a window into how personality, perception and attitude can shape performance and career success.

1:1 Executive Coaching session  (Individual)

Participants meet 1:1 with their assigned Executive Coach to debrief learnings from the Hogan Assessment.

Networking Power Hour – Stakeholder Mapping 101

(1-hour session)

“From Crossed Wires to Cross-Functional Influence”: How Smart Leaders Play the Long Game” (2-hour session)

Participants will be exposed to powerful insights on root causes for some of the most common and timeless leadership challenges: communication, team engagement, accountability and trust.

“Crossroads with Confidence”: Frameworks for Life’s Biggest Decisions (2-hour session)

Participants will uncover the keys to transform emotions from obstacles into valuable decision-making inputs. Honoring both rational analysis and intuitive wisdom, this workshop will empower participants to navigate life’s most significant decisions with clarity and conviction.

1:1 Executive Coaching session (Individual)

Reflections, Leadership Panel & Closing (3-hour session)

Participants meet 1:1 with their assigned Executive Coach to debrief their learnings from all Workshops and apply towards a personalized development plan. During the closing, participants will hear reflections from one another and testimonials from invited guests.

If accepted into the FFA Program, a non-refundable matriculation fee of $3,500 will be required for enrollment. MLT Alumni qualify for a 20% discount on this fee. Please confirm your ability to pay this fee if admitted.
