Pave helps people identify the career that fits their passions, work style, and skills. People are fulfilled when work aligns with self – not the other way around. Pave recommends a new career path based on the individuals’ goals, strengths, skills, and work life balance preferences. First, the person would take a 10-15 minute questionnaire and then based on the person’s input provide a set of career paths that fit their professional and personal needs. This has helped people kickstart their job search and provides some of the time allocation to do introspective reflection about their jobs and whether they feel fulfilled.
