ETN shares career opportunities with our Alumni through a variety of channels, and our Partners receive curated, high quality talent pools for just-in-time hiring as well as long term pipelining.

Once you become an ETN Partner, a designated team from Talent Placement will meet with your key stakeholders to identify priority roles and profiles, learn your organization’s bar for excellence and build out a custom landing page for you on our Alumni hub. We announce our Partnership to our Alumni via MLT’s newsletter and social media channels. We then begin marketing key roles and/or hiring profiles, while curating short lists of prospects for you to review. We meet regularly to ensure these prospects are moving effectively through your process and review what is working well and areas for improvement.

How is ETN different from a search firm?
While ETN does post open roles and share qualified candidates for those roles as appropriate, ETN also focuses on creating pipelines of talent for evergreen profiles in areas of need while also working to create best practices for moving pipelined candidates effectively through the networking and interview processes.
Which functional areas align best with MLT’s talent?
While MLT’s Alumni work in a variety of industries and functional areas, functions that align best with our alumni community’s experience are finance, consulting, strategy, operations, product management and product marketing. We also have a growing number of Alumni working in software engineering and STEM functions.
