200+ Minority MBA Candidates Get Winning Playbook, Coaching & Connections

New York, NY. May 30th – June 2nd, 2018 — Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is hosting a four-day conference with more than 200 African American, Latino, and Native American MBA candidates from across the country. These young professionals are on their way to the nation’s Top 25 business schools this fall and will be attending MLT’s Career Transition and Leadership Seminar (CTLS) in New York City on Wednesday, May 30th – Saturday, June 2nd.

With unique perspectives on the challenges minorities face from B-school to the boardroom, the conference offers these high-achieving MBA candidates experiential and industry-specific boot camps, personal coaching, networking, and a winning professional playbook.

Unlike one-off career fairs or random workshops, CTLS is just one element of MLT’s comprehensive, twelve-month professional development program that accelerates careers—from MBA to senior leadership.

MLT is working to develop a critical mass of diverse leaders and transform society. Next week’s conference will provide a terrific opportunity to see first-hand some of the work we are doing.

Sessions and interviews will be hosted by leading MLT partners, including Google, Deloitte, AmEx, LinkedIn, Goldman Sachs, PepsiCo, and Eli Lilly.

MLT is a 15-year-old organization that is tackling racial disparity and inequality by empowering a new generation of diverse leaders. We help people of color—undergrads, MBA candidates, and mid-career professionals—attain high-trajectory careers and rise to positions of influence.

Please contact us if you would like to cover any portion of the conference and meet some of the promising MBA candidates. MLT Founder & CEO John Rice, along with other members of MLT’s executive team, will be available for interviews.
