ajuma is a nonprofit that prepares Black & Latinx undergrads for business careers in tech. Our mission is to train the next generation of Black & Latinx tech leaders and our vision is to build an equitable and inclusive tech ecosystem. Through our programming, platform, and community events, we aim to help funnel 1.5 million Black & Latinx students into tech careers, creating over $2.3 trillion in wealth for those communities.
